NCOALink® vs. ACS™ - Which is Best? (May 15, 2014)
This webinar was presented in collaboration with USPS Address Management. The webinar compared the strengths and benefits of the two major Move Update products. NCOALink (National Change-of-Address Linkage System) provides change-of-address (COA) information before your mail is produced while the ACS (Address Correction Service) provides either COA or reason for nondelivery information after you mail.
Accessing and Understanding Mail Quality Reporting - Mailer Scorecard (May 13, 2014)
This webinar was presented in collaboration with Mail Entry and Payment Technologies - Business Mailer Support. The webinar provided an in-depth and detailed presentation regarding the newest Intelligent Mail report, called Mailer Scorecard.
