With the growth of e-commerce, and industry-wide revenues from returns shipping estimated to approach $4 billion by 2016, the Postal Service offers a suite of returns products and options that can meet the needs of every merchant. This presentation describes the features, benefits and product offerings for each of USPS’ returns products. There is also a discussion on postage, fees and payment methods; as well as some examples of the return shipping label and information on how permit holders can produce and distribute labels to their customers.

NCOALink® vs. ACS™ - Which is Best? (May 15, 2014)
This webinar was presented in collaboration with USPS Address Management. The webinar compared the strengths and benefits of the two major Move Update products. NCOALink (National Change-of-Address Linkage System) provides change-of-address (COA) information before your mail is produced while the ACS (Address Correction Service) provides either COA or reason for nondelivery information after you mail.
Accessing and Understanding Mail Quality Reporting - Mailer Scorecard (May 13, 2014)
