United States Postal Service voted unanimously to add an item to the 
agenda of its closed meeting held on that date: Consideration of an 
Expedited Filing with the Postal Rate Commission for Bulk Parcel Return 
Service (BPRS) and Shipper Paid Forwarding (SPF) for Standard (A) 
Parcels.
