AGENCY: Postal Service.

ACTION: Extension of time period for comments on IBIP draft 
specifications (PSD and Indicium).

-----------------------------------------------------------------------

SUMMARY: The Postal Service is extending the time period for comments 
on its draft IBIP specification documents. The time period will be 
extended to one month from publication of this Notice.
